I am new to the site. I bought my F150 back in October of this last year. I have sunk in alot of money into it and enjoy helpin and seeing what everyone else is doing out there to them. But what I dont understand is why you would let someone with the name HEMI on a ford site. I like anyone that puts a little tlc into their rides. I used to have a hooked up mazda 3. Now that I have a ford doesnt mean that I am anti mazda. What I am saying is that if you dont have an F150 you dont need to be on this site. There is no point in it!!
Thanks for listening to me bitch!!

Welcome to the site Matt. The point of this site is to educate, talk about, and discuss all things F-150 related, and talk to fellow enthusiasts regardless if F-150 owner or not. Far as somebody's name, that's personal preferance. Heck, we have a lot of folks named something Mustang related. Yes it's similar as Ford but if we started cracking down on folks for just not having a F-150 or because their name wasn't F-150 related, 3/4 of the site would disappear along with a lot of folks with valuable input to offer.

If you see somebody who is out of line with either a post or PM, feel free to post one of the Mods and we would be most happy to assist in getting it resolved, ideally to everybody's satisfaction.

I flagged posts I thought were inappropriate and I have talked to Lenn and Jon about the issues. Its not just Hemi LOL, I talked to Jon and Lenn about a few of our members who felt the need to troll on other forums to the point they were banned then came back here to brag about it. Thats stupid and childish. Hemi LOL boils some blood over here, and I dont agree with a lot of what he says. I question his reason for being here. its one thing to own a different truck and be on here for your love of trucks and to discuss them, but all he does is argue about why Toyota is "better" and this in nature is going to start fights...therefore I dont think he should be here unless he can accept that its a Ford site and he doesnt need to be trying to convert everyone. Thats my .02 cents on him. But my biggest issue was with some of our own members, trolling other sites, and calling people names and cussing people out. IMO the general attitude of some members here basically an ******* mentality for the lack of better explanation. I have talked to some of the moderators about my concerns so I trust they will address these issues.

Default Understand

I understand I LOVE Fords and defend them to the hilt I know there are other brands out the and sites for them, I just Installed a Procharger on a Dodge hemi and love it But not as much as the Eaton I am installing on the King Ranch in my Garage ( Also the King Ranch will out run the Hemi) When I'm done, I do not go to Chevy, Toyota, Dodge sites and try to promote FORD that would be silly, I love this site and hope I can help the member's TKS to all and see ya Mitch

Im not gonna go naming names. If you read some of the threads that were closed its easy to see for yourself. I talked to the Mods and they will take care of it hopefully. Some people just need to be reminded that they need to be careful about what they do, say, and how they treat people. This site is usually a really friendly helpful place. People come and go, and I have just noticed recently a few people REALLY jump hard on that mob mentality bandwagon and take it too far. But in the end, the good ol boys stick around and the problem makers either get their act straight or disappear.

Anytime you flag a post we are usually very fast in fixing the problem. But when people don't flag them we have a hard time checking over all the threads out there for spam and childish behavior. You fix the problem just as much as we do.
