COF stand's for cab over frame
I just got a 1998 lobo don't know if it's from Mexico have not found out yet. Its don't have f150 anywhere the place that should show f150 show LOBO. title says COF I Live in N,M close to border when at DMV I ask about the COF title clerk said it was cab over frame she gave me the choice to change title to f150.
