Are we guessing...mine would be Certificate of fitness.
COF inspections are done on commercial trucks..thers a cof-a inspection and a cof-b inspection depending on the gross vehicle weight of the truck in question and are bassicly safety inspections.
That would be my guess.

I think a listing saying cof may mean its titled comercial.But like I said thats just my best guess based on the fact that there is a COF inspection done on pick ups.

I have the answer. I work for emergency services dispatch and see it all the time. It is basically a code that the ministry of transportation uses to identify the vehicle. Every make and model of car has a 3 letter code. COF is for commercial ford then there will be another three letters based on the model (ie. F150 =COFF15, F250 =COFF25, F350 = COFF35, F150 SUPERCAB = COFF1B) It's basically useless.
