I used to do it myself with my jeeps but it cost $60 to buy the oil and my time.
The dealer I bought the f150 at does it for $14. So...

My selling dealer has "oil changes for life" as long as you own the vehicle, and includes the 23-point inspection. For the month of November, tire rotations are only $6.95. I have an appointment at 11 a.m. tomarrow.
Most other dealers are at $29.95 for "the works" this month, normally it is $39.95.
