Default What do you do with replaced OE parts?

I recently installed some upgrades on my F150 but now I have the OE parts sitting in my garage that I no longer need. I was wondering: what do you guys do with your old parts after you've taken them off?
I have OE headlights, wheels with tires, grill, exhaust, intake, and a lower valance that I removed when I upgraded to LED headlights, Pro-Comp wheels, Raptor style grill, Borla Exhaust, CAI, and tow hooks. All this stuff is sitting in my garage and I'm not sure what's the best way to get it out or if anyone would even want it. I was thinking of Offer-Up or Ebay since I can only do local but how did you guys handle it? Did you guys have problems getting rid of these sort of things?

Some, I keep ... some I sell ... and some I pitch. I paid good money for my basement too.
If keeping is not good for you, if it ain't selling, then load it up in your truck, haul to the recycle center, metal goes in bin labeled for metal, other stuff may be allowed in plastic or house hold bin, ask first.
If broke down, wheels in metal bin, up to 10 tires in tire bin free per year per resident, walk them in and stack please. Wheels with tires mounted must go to landfill here, a fee is paid as those get buried.
Cardboard boxes broke down in cardboard bin.

You could offer it on facebook too.

Facebook market place has worked for me. The mounted wheels are tires seem to go for $400 to $1200 depending on condition. Headlights will sell if they are in good condition. I don't think you will have too much stuff left over. Downside of selling online are the no-shows that can be a time waster.
Or, just throw it all away. Maybe money means nothing to you.

I keep all OEM parts, it's the aftermarket ones I sell. Sometimes give stuff away to someone, another modder, that would appreciate it, stuff I take off when reinstalling OEM for selling the truck.
Never know what might come up, and I think the majority of potential buyers would rather buy a bone stock truck, than one with someone elses stink on it.

You would be surprised what OEM parts people want to buy, it's the " one man's trash " thing..

I try to sell my take offs, if they don't sell after a short period of time. I recycle/toss them.

Facebook marketplace and forums like this mostly. I sold a ton of Jeep parts on Wrangler Forum. Shipping is cool too. Everyone’s chill.
