Default What to do about tree branch scratches?

I'm still looking at this pickup to buy and I looked at it again yesterday. The one side looks as if it was run along a bunch of branches. None of the scratches seem deep. I ran my fingers over them and couldn't feel them at all. Would they come out with some elbow grease? Whats a good product to use on them? The truck is navy and you don't notice them until you get up close.

I had the same problem with a car I bought on Craigslist to resell and make a few bucks.I buffed it out with Meguiar's Buffing compound.I personally think Mequirs is a grear product.I'v use it to buff out the boat and various cars to remove oxidation.Small scratches in the top coat are usually no problem to buff out.But you do need a power buffer.Around here a buffer can be boiught for less that 50 bucks at anywhere from sears to autozone.

I am just hoping they all buff out. To me it just looks like clear coat damage.

I'll add a picture. Its the long horizontal scuffs that I'm worried about. The other three spots on the right I realize may take some more attention.

Default Scratches

I've seen something advertised on TV lately, some kind of a paintstick type applicator that's supposed to fill and hide scratches in paint. Obviously all I've seen is the ad but it's one of those things I may try one day.

Here is a picture of the back 2/3 of the truck. You can't see them till you get up close.
