Needless to say I'll be changin it on a regular basis when i get it back.
He just worked it too hard and it had no air flow over the cooler. The worst part is he took it to a local shop who did a shoddy job and so it's been in and out at least a handful of times. Finally took it to the only dealership in town with a shop (Toyota) and I haven't heard anything since. He was tempted to trade for a newer pickup...

Ahhh. I'm hoping this shop does a good job with it. I really don't want to use the 1-year/12,000 mile warranty

Painted the OEM flares, plasti-dipped the vent trim rings and tinted the tail lights.

Productive day.

Got a little cheap-o $4 plastic desk organizer (almost identical to the bottom of IHOP's to-go platters) for the bottom of my console. Instead of looking around everywhere, or finding a nice tray and having to take a dremel to it, I just found a nice "custom" toolbox tray with lipped edges, 6 different compartments and an extra 3" extension that will go the length of the console (cover up the bottom half so you can't see below it.)

Edit: Added some non-slip (tan) lining to the bottom of the console too.. Looks good, still able to use the black carpet mat and not have it sliding everywhere, especially with the tray on top.. Not bad for $4.32!!!
