The outlaw raptor hood mounts, gets bolted to the same bolts that hold the good of the truck on. And then you mount a light on top of it just off to the side/behind the hood. They don't offer shipping to canada on the website and I haven't had the time to call them about it. I have another set I was going to mount in the fogs, but rigid has a round version that fits in there pretty good. So I'm probably going to mount the other set rear facing and hook them up to the reverse lights using a relay so I can turn them on separately as well.

I think he is speaking of the lights on the hood of the raptor.They are put there for a reason. The truck is 8 inches wider than ours. So the DOT said that being so wide needs to have some markers and instead of putting metal rods and flags sticking out the corners of the front bumpers they agreed to put running lights there. No different than a big rig.
