Nuther trip to Homedepot for some minor home reno work. This time the master bath. New (modern) mirror and vanity light as well as a faucet. Then it hit me, the fugly *** old style vanity top and bath tub HAS GOT TO GO!!! To tie it all in nicely.
House was built in 2000 but it was built for people made in 1925. I can't stand it no more!!!! Already have it partially converted to smart home technology, alarm, surveillance system, wifi door locks, lights, garage door, interior lighting, climate control etc....
Every damn thing in this house when I bought it was in the old and I mean Wake TFU Charlie Chaplin curly b/s style. Not even Art Deco which I probably wouldn't mind so much.
My best guess for style would be Victorian and it's clashed severely with my taste long enough.

Hauled an 8 ft by 4 ft plywood board home for my Dad who is building a ramp for my Mom who is now wheel chair bound so she can get out of the house easier.

I installed Anzo switchbacks with LED high/lows and Morimoto fogs.
I love the look. Had some issues getting the driver's side high beam to focus/aim correctly. Took about a half hour of fiddling around to get it right. The other 3 LEDs fired up aimed perfectly the first time. The Morimoto fogs are awesome in both quality and look. The light from them doesn't throw as far out as the OEM halogens did, but has an extremely clear cutoff and a much wider pattern (these attributes are, in my opinion, better than OEM).
For anyone that's thinking of doing the fogs, the easiest way to pop out the OEM fogs is to use a thin, straight body panel tool to pop them out of the retaining clips from the front after removing the aiming screw. Insert it in the gap on either side of the fog and it will very easily pop out of the bracket. I tried accessing them from the back as shown in the installation video, but found it far more difficult.
Side note, I ordered the chrome headlights to keep a closer to stock look. I wish there were more options for tail lights that stayed closer to stock. I'm not a big fan of the smoked look (especially on my 302a with chrome appearance package), and just can't bring myself to pick up a set of the smoked Anzos. The Gen 2s seem to be the most attractive design out of all the aftermarket tail lights I've seen, and if they ever release one that's just a red lens I'll be all over it.
If you're even halfway considering upgrading from the stock halogens, stop thinking and do it. The lighting is amazing compared to stock, and these look great.

Steering Wheel replacement and Cruise Control add
Replaced the worn out steering wheel which the prior owner [the electric utility] wore down to the metal ring. Went with a new wheel and center bolt.
Figured while I was at it, would add the cruise control and do the Forscan update to enable it. World of difference for feel and on the highway now. Credit to this link on the forum I found from geove https://www.f150forum.com/f38/adding...2-f150-423582/
Old Wheel, worn down to the steel ring
Old wheel, delaminated, no cruise control
New wheel with cruise control
