What the crap!! I know your local mallwart is no different than mine, they go shopping in their pajamas. What's wrong with being in your own yard?

I WASHED, fastidiously, mind you (and now too beat from a 70-hour-week to wax it) my truck. Only took me all dang mornin'. We had some cloud cover I took advantage of. It's bright sun, now, which sucks 'cause I wanted to clay bar the roof and hood... maybe later. She sure looks nice. I frickin' LOVE this truck.
SO WHERE'RE THESE DANG PICS?!

LOL, Soon I promise soon! I was going to wash it today, but got busy with the topper. Went to Napa and had paint mixed, then went and got a baseline weight at the nearest CAT. When I got home I was thinking, ok now to wash it, but by the time I got in the house, carrying the paint, walking past the topper, my mind was made up, get it in and painted, so I did. Was looking good until the little gnats showed up. The first coat of clear was on and looked almost perfect, a few areas needed a bit more, so went downstairs, mixed up a second cup for the second layer and when I got out, there were a few bugs in the paint. DAMN! Oh well, they are now sealed in a second layer, like amber on a pine tree! LOL I'll just have to sand and buff them out. Thats the downside of not having a booth. Didn't have this issue last time, then remembered I was done before 4PM when the gnats start to emerge.
So tomorrow, I wash the truck, put the freshly painted topper on, install the glass and door and will get a picture of it and post it, hows that sound?

Took the truck to a Cars and Coffee today in South Bend at the Tire Rack headquarters. I met a fellow member, RayoVac there....Super nice guy we must have chatted for couple hours.
Shot to video on the way there and of some of the cars...Lots of Mustangs, I was only truck this time, the one a few weeks ago there was another F150.

haha nah man, just trying to get her all up and running again and stretching her legs. These older trucks won’t be around forever so we might as well enjoy them while we can. She was running like dog crap when I got it. No she goes straight up to 75mph on the high way no problem. She use to shutter and wouldn’t let me go faster than 60 lol

Well, you guys asked for it, so I took some before getting it all cleaned up. I still have things to put on such as the mud flaps and wheel liners, but topper is painted and on.
This one is my favorite as it shows the color changes.
