Sanded rear metal section on Tailgate.. sorry I'm not sure if it's Stainless or Brushed Aluminum on my 92 xlt.. 400 grit then 800 grit/wet sand.. followed with Never Dull polish.. got off all the old funk and now squeaky clean

Well on monday i brought my truck in to fix a scratch that was on the truck. They tried to Fix the scratch a week ago by wetsanding. That was a complete failure. The truck looked just as bad. I then went home and buffed it with my porter cable buffer and got it most of the way out but not completely. They scheduled me for yesterday, I then dropped the truck off and they gave me a free loaner..... great a dodge caliber, my least favorite rental in the world. O well, i can put up with it for two days. The manager tells me as i am leaving that he would tell me the status of it that day because they would be able to assess the severity of the scratch. Turns out he didnt. I politely wait until the next day(today) at noon to call them since they didnt call me. The manager originally told me the truck would be availible tonight or weds morning. Turns out they are having difficulty with the clear coat....And they need to keep it a few more days to get it into a paint booth. NO 
! This is why the truck is going to the collision shop to begin with! We already tried everything else, dont try it again. So after playing phone tag with the service manager i find the truck wont be ready for potentially 2-3 more days GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! Great. Not to mention my truck is now offsite and has items that i need in it for tomorrow and later this week. Awesome communication guys, way to run a business.

Dropped truck off at dealership for new ( additional ) key and key fob and received keyless entry code for door. 182.00 !!! What a scam. i know the key has a chip and all, but please! 182.00? I could have gotten a tank of gas for that! ha ha
