Next I'll be taking her to have her leather restored.

Soon I'll be re-carpeting her, replacing the door sills, and renting lift time in a garage so that I can completely rust-proof the under-carriage, and somewhere in there it'll be time for a brake job.
Very cool! Nice to see you cleaning it up and doing a small restore instead of dumping it for a new one.

You have no idea just how much that will be appreciated the Vets. I have a buddy that got one after coming back from Afghanistan a little messed up, today he is a very different person, all in a good way, partly thanks to his German Sheppard. Bravo Zulu to you and your fiancee for doing that!

Great stuff. Like hearing that. Dogs do great wonders for relieving stress.

Drove over the creek and thru the woods to get to Grandmas house.
Had a fabulous feast and nice visit with the family.
Bonnie n Clyde, my black labs got the invite and were super excited to see everyone.

Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving

Neither of us served, but have family members that did. We love our country (first thing we bought for the house was an american flag and mounting bracket) which is why she also chose to work at the local VA.

She has already brought bubba in a few times and he was scooped very quickly by the vets. The security guards love him as well. They cleaned out a drawer for him to nap in when he's there lol
