Registered ny truck for 2 more years yesterday ($92), will take it to work today, then get it inspected after work. Nothing like living in NYS.

Went to Sanel Auto Parts to order a new battery for the girlfriends 2013 CRV...at -10* below...the dam thing won't start...the Honda battery is the size of a slice of bread...Sanel had a nascar addition 100 more cold cranking amps...then the factory one. Gonna install a block heater too. BUT on the way back home...took a wild turkey in the drivers side windshield...like one second driving..next second BANG...thought it busted it...looked in rearview air was full of feathers...pull over...no cracks ....just a big tail feather stuck under the wiper blade and a big slime spot the width of the turkey going up the windshield and off the upper left corner. Went back to find the bast*&^...just a road covered with feathers...could not find the bird...very lucky..my truck just turned 1000 miles.

I love your sig.

I gotta know: where do you live where it is 10 below this time of year and wild turkeys roam?

I made it more awesome [/lovers]

I ruined it [/haters]

I really like the look. Normally I debadge my cars, often being the first thing I do. In fact, I removed the 4x4 decals from the rear quarter panel a couple days after taking delivery. Looking at it for the past couple weeks though, something was missing; too much negative space. This mod (credit to dubsesd) really sets the truck off nicely.

Replying to 3.7......I live in Maine....its not -10* right now its 40*F.....but winter is coming and will be -10* or more this winter...just getting ready. And the wild turkeys are everywhere here...just like moose and folks from Massachusetts....we have a season on all three.

Might use the A-Series for bed lights on a switch.
I am a Rigid fan through and through, but check out the KC cyclone as well, I have a few of them on my truck and they pack quite a punch for $25-30 per light.

You have no idea insanely jealous I am... I've gotten skunked the last 3 times I went out. Although, I got a coyote the last time I went out.

Had the 3M paint protector put on the front. Currently dying waiting for it to settle and everything before I can wash it. They washed the little sections that they needed to and everything else around it looks horrendous. Water spots galore, as well as streaks of pollen.
