Yeah, gives you that faith in humanity restored stuff. Best part was even though it was on a fairly busy road, another guy in a car stopped behind both of us with his hazards on to protect me in case someone else decided to come investigate that ditch with their car, I really appreciated that. Plus he helped pull the dang recovery strap out from part of the frame that it got pulled into. All in all a good experience.

Cleaned more than a foot of snow off it, got it ready to hit the road tomorrow.

Dropped more $ at Lowes on the never ending basement upgrade project. Love the bed extender.

I was looking at the whole assortment of dewalt tools. At least it gives him a good excuse to buy more tools.

I've been eyeing that portable table saw for a while now. Just waiting for it to go on sale. I love the rack and pinion fence adjustment on it. DeWalt mitre saws are good too but the one I really want is the Bosch "slider" with the articulating arm.

Ha ha. Yeah, I have a good bit of the entire DeWalt line. My house is 98 years old. Every time I do a project I buy at least one new tool, because, you know, "I needed it." Having a nearly 100 year old house, I have done a lot of updating to it, therefore, I have a lot of tools. That saw was a crazy good deal though. I found it online, it was refurbished. Got it for $300, 12" double bevel slider, works and looks perfect. Has a little "R" stamped by the model number, but otherwise looks and functions as any other. Bought it to do crown molding.

The table saw is nice, super portable, which is why I like it. I have a much larger non-portable Porter Cable in my work shop. Funny story with this. Got this saw stupid cheap along with a corded recip saw from a guy on Craigslist. He was having work done on his house and the contractor skipped out on him. All the tools the contractor left behind this guy was selling and really wasnt sure what they were worth.
