No, it's whatever oil that is recommended, synthetic blend?
My pointe was, that it's cheaper to have the dealer do it than myself, plus, my time to play is very limited working dark to dark pretty much year round. I think even it cost me $100, I'd still do it. I might make the bucks, but the old saying, pay to play, kinda figures in here for me.

But you have to wait at the dealership for them to change it anyways? It would probably take you less time to do it yourself.

I don't have to wait, unless I want to. I can get a loaner and go do my weekly grocery getting/shopping. Or, if I do want to wait, I spend the time BSing with the service writers/mechanics/salesman. They're all old gearheads too. I get a lot of free info, etc.

So, whether we do it ourselves or have someone other do the oil and filter, this is the most critical of all maintenance items - (all are important) - take care of that engine and it will last almost forever.
I enjoy doing mine, some guys just don't have enough time due to other priorities.
Just make sure it is done regularly with a good quality oil and filter.

Just had my front windows tinted 35%. Looks a lot nicer. Side visibility suffers a bit in the dark but isn't too bad.

Even the 35% is illegal here in Ohio. Mine were 20% until I got stopped and a warning. I had them done at 35% and like the better visibility.
They still look plenty dark from the outside.
