Trailer came off the ball and one safety chain snapped. All held by one safety chain. Truck is good, except for a little pull on the hitch from the safety chain that held. Never lost control and nobody was hurt.

*I did try to move the truck over out of the road hooked up to the trailer. Locking into 4x4 and broke traction with all 4.... hehehe, couldn't budge it since the axles were wedged against the blacktop, but the PoPo was not impressed*
That sucks man, idk how she didn't see a big white truck and boat. Was that your boat?

That sounds just like my experience with SilverStars. Standing in front of the truck and looking at the headlights, they look whiter. But inside looking out at the road I saw no difference. The only real difference I could see is longevity - the SilverStars consistently burned out much sooner than stock bulbs. Too expensive to keep replacing them, so I went back to stock bulbs and never had to replace them again. That last set of stock bulbs lasted more than 8 years and were still going strong when I sold the truck. I was lucky to get 8 months out of the SilverStars.

The new truck has factory HIDs. Far superior to any bulb in the last truck!

Yes, it's a special feature that keeps people from locking themselves out of the truck accidentally.

If you have a keypad you can lock it while on.

Sounds like a good excuse to install a remote start.

The future father in-laws... He was in the passenger seat. He owns a GMC with the 6.0, but he likes the way the Eco pulls
