I don't know if you were being sarcastic or not, but I may or may not actually do that.......

I love when I bring her home covered in mud and leave her front and center in the driveway for all to see. My yuppie *** neighbors just don't get it. To me it's just as fun to admire my truck covered in mud after offroading as it is to see her all nice and clean.

Spent all day at the track today with the truck and had fun. Got ten passes in and also managed to get a pretty good sun burn too. Lol never fails....

hahaha! I use to do that all the time! Would drive the neighbors crazy cause I live in the entrance to my neighborhood so everyone has to drive by it. Funny just to watch all the stairs as they drive by in there pavement pounder trucks, bmw's, and Mercedes.

If I lived in the city, I would do the exact same thing! But here everyone's pickups are fairly dirty so it's no big deal.

Went and finally washed mine yesterday and got some groceries. Then drove back in the rain.

Well I don't live in a huge town, only about 13,500 people, but I do live in one of the nicer neighborhoods in the town. Needless to say I believe I have the title of neighborhood redneck which I enjoy!

I'm from a farm town of about 10K but I live 10 miles out of town down gravel roads, makes it hard to keep it clean most of the year.

I loaded mine up today for a landfill run, then dropped it off at a buddy's garage for a manifold to header swap. While I am impressed with Ford's high end stereo for 2001, I can't hook my ipod into it, so ordered a real good one that will also take advantage of the Sirius radio "stuff" the truck came with.

I hope to have the truck back later this week with the ceramic coated PaceSetter headers I have coming Monday or Tuesday, hook the stereo up and get ready to sell the GMC.

Found out my truck with just me in it weighs 4820#s.

Just got to be a little cautious about such activities....
Retired in 2006, still do a little work now and then.
Bought a new SHO in late 2009 when the first EcoBoosts became available. Love that car and that engine!!! (wifes car tho)
Was certain that I needed an EcoBoost truck also.
Well, it seems that my newest truck, a 2004 XLT with most all options and low mileage that I purchased in New Mexico may just suit all needs. This truck is nice, no rust, quiet, low mileage, the dogs love it and I do too.
Do not want to look too close or too hard as some minor flaw may lead to a huge expense.
Currently have enough $$$'s for all necessities with minimal work so life is good.
Thanks for the kind suggestions tho.

Ya gotta love these ecoboost engines. We just bought a new 2013 Escape with the 2 liter ecoboost and it produces hp in the range of 230 to 240. What a kick! We got it with the tow package as well. It has lots of get up and go!
