That sounds like a good time. I've been thinking about trying a Cars and Coffee, there is a local one near me at the Tire Rack headquarters next weekend.

I'm not on Facebook, and I don't need another vice, this forum is bad enough.

Does anyone know how trucks are received at a Cars & Coffee?

Mike

For now, I have the factory 20 inch Hankook tires on the truck. Seem to be basically decent street tires. Not sure on their off-road capability. Haven't really had much opportunity to test that.

I've done one Cars and Coffee with my truck and was accepted. I'll be doing more but just haven't had the time lately. Probably depends on how your truck (or any vehicle) is fixed up or modified. I take mine to car shows and cruise-ins. Imo, it's no different than taking any other newish car, ie Mustang, Camaro, etc. I'm a member of a classic car club and some of the other members would rather see me bringing out one of my classics instead of a new truck. But I am having fun with the truck. Of course it's harder to win trophies with the truck, but as long as I am having fun, I'm okay with that.

Took it out to an abandon road at a friends farm and ran it. This is with 35" tires.
