I guess I don't know what ROW stands for. But I know Ford didn't stray too far away from the existing design they've been selling elsewhere. The main difference I notice is the one pictured and the one I saw did not have the steel front bumper like the upcoming US trucks. I'd love to get one if I'm in the position to by then.
Rest Of World. Ford only stopped making them in 2012 (?) for the U.S. and Canada (?). Mexico, Australia, and some other countries have been getting new Rangers all along. There are rumors of a Ranger Raptor in 2020.
