People don't last long when they talk to mods like that lol (sorry on mobile I can't see if badfish is an admin or mod)

Step bars came off a little earlier than I planned. 12” of recent snowfall showed me that they collect snow / slush and it wedges against the top of the running board and lower door corner where it meets the fender and then freezes. When I opened the door, I truly thought I bent in the bottom of the door or at least scratched the snot out of it. Luckily I didn’t, so off they came before I had the chance to bat .500

ON TOPIC: We commuted to work and back. ;-) We also found an extra set of heavy-duty jumper cables, and found a place for them behind the rear passenger-side seat.
(Not for us, of course -- just in case someone else needs a jump!) Then, knowing we'll have to make several weekend trips for out-of-town military classes, we bought a nice, oversized camping cot and self-inflating air mattress due to a shortage of bunks. My truck has a nice set of cushions to rest on, but I don't!

Well I literally did drive mine to work and school, and then home. (I work full time and am in school for an engineering degree). However, I did put an OEM bed mat in since on Saturday I have to clean out a storage....
