Also some of the black paint has come off when spinning the louvers around (Where the louvers spin and rub against the honeycomb portion). Krylon Fusion said 7 day wait period before it becomes chip resistant. I waited about 1 day but the paint is coming off in a location you'll never see unless you take them apart so I'm not too concerned.

Here ya go @Jeffufuh. Just the center console ones right now. I'm going to paint the backsides as well I think. Since you can rotate them 360 degrees there are times where you could see the gray if you were looking hard enough.

Dupli-color Sandable Primer

Krylon Fusion Satin Black
I didn't clear coat or wet sand anything. Honestly I'm not sure I even needed to prime but since I had a bit left I primed the honey comb portion (then ran out).
I'm not sure if it's possible to keep the paint from rubbing off where the louvers spin against the honey comb but that's something to keep in mind.
