I found this in floor board of my 2012 platinum, does anyone know where it goes?

Wherever the hole is LOL! Sorry, couldn't resist. I'm guessing somewhere up under the dash if you found in the front of the truck. Not sure about the back.

Sorry, my mind went to a unseemly place with this post.

OK, I'm better now. If you can find anything inside with that texture, maybe you can trace it to the place it should be. It looks to me like it may cover a bolt for the seat belts or something along that line.

I have looked everywhere and cant find where this things goes!!!! Anyone have any ideas?

Maybe where the rear seats fold up at the pivot point in between the seats.

Looks like a bolt cover for the trim piece on the b pillar above the seat belt

Looks like the cover under the outside mirror that covers the hole if you don't have puddle lights. But that is just a guess.

Go back outside and keep looking till you find it, no pee break, no beer break-nothing till you find it, we all want to know what that is, and it does look like the mirror plug, but how the heck would it have gotten in the truck. Do you have kids?
