Default Washer Spray Issues

I have a 2015 F150 and I'm having an issue with my washer sprayer.

When it dips below 0 it won't spray, the sprayer actuator you can hear going but nothing is coming out. Had this issue late last year but then the weather got warm so u was proactive this year and did the following:

1. Took a pin to the spray tips to ensure not frozen solid
2. Drained the reservoir completely during a very warm day till nothing was spraying out the tips and let it sit for a few days when still well above 0 degrees (like 15C)
3. Added a de-icer washer fluid that's good to -50
4. Took an air compressor to the lines and blew out to ensure no left over summer spray was in the lines
5 sprayed the sprayer a good 15-20 times to ensure there's full prime on the line with the new -50 washer fluid

Still first day after the weather switched (only -4C feels like -11) and it won't spray at all even after letting the truck heat up for 15-20 mins. Then I will drive down the road having to stop and put snow on a brand new truck window to see where I'm going. I get to my destination and let the truck sit out side and everything cools down...and bam...it works again...we'll for about 20 mins more driving then it doesn't work.

I looked through the other forum threads and didn't find one line this.

So any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm under warranty so I will try make an appointment and let the dealer figure it out...but maybe I'm just missing something or doing something simple to cause this.

Thanks in advance.

Mine is frozen solid this morning and it's 20F here. Even after my 30 minute drive to work it's still frozen solid.

Typically, running some good deicer fluid through it to ensure that all the old fluid gets flushed will help quite a bit. But I think after you get it spraying, it's important to use it from time to time to keep it primed and keep the deicer fluid in the lines all the way up to the nozzles.

Not a new issue. It's the check valve. See this post: https://www.f150forum.com/f118/winds...3/#post4037366

I have a 2011 FX4 and have never had a problem with my washers freezing or not working except when there is a build up of ice or snow on top of the nozzles. Out of curiosity I went out and looked under the cowling and there is no check valve just straight rubber hose. I don't know why or what year they added it but it was obviously a mistake.
