warranty question
Hey guys, here is a question about warranty. I bought a used truck and Got a 30 day warranty. My transmission died within the warranty period along with the can phasers. I got an estimate totalled $5200. Now my warranty is to cover 50% parts 50% labor so I was to pay $2600.
Now, here is what just happened. They decided to put a used tranny in instead of a reman. And no warranty on the used one? And then said if I wanted the reman I'll have to pay $3800. Can they really get away with this?

Brother, It's all in the fine print. Probably wrote in legalize, but it will explain what they will and won't do. If they are within the guidelines, your sunk. Give a good read to see.
