Angry warranty issue

so i took my truck for shudder vibration and its 60000 miles on which still cover powertrain warranty of 60000 , but they couldnt bother to test the transmisson for torque converter . they give my truck back at 61000 after all test they think they done , later i took to different dealer ship they said it was transmission , so i went back to dealer told them they miss diagnose the truck blame my wheels. should they still fix my transmission since i took a truck under warranty too them .

Why didn't you let the dealership that said it was the transmission fix it? The other dealer clearly doesn't want to work on it.

Did they put 1000+ miles test driving it? Nearly 3 full tanks of gas? It doesn't sound quite right.

OP has an issue. He's waited until the truck has 60K+ miles on it thinking that at that mileage the dealer should cover it under warranty.

The problem is it's no longer under warranty but OP thinks it should be.

The warranty was up at 60,000 to begin with. And who does he think will believe they took a 1,000 mile test drive? You're lucky when they take the time to do a 1 mile test drive.
