Default Vibration at 45 and greater

I have a 2006 f150 4x4 extended cab. I have a 4 inch lift kit with 20 inch wheels with 35 inch tires. I am currently experiencing a vibration at 45 mph and greater. I replaced the driveshaft with a new balanced one, balanced the tires and even replaced the tires with stock wheels and tires. However, I'm still having this vibration felt in my seat, steering wheel and gas pedal. I even replaced the transfer case with a new one and still have the vibration present. I had a mechanic replace bearings in the differential and changed the differential fluid. And, it still didn't solve the problem. There was no vibration after I lifted my truck. I noticed the vibration after the 2016 blizzard. I never struck anything and do not take it off roading. It's been 5 months of dealing with this issue any expertise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!! Lastly, has anyone experience that the front hub assembly being the culprit of their vibration?
