Default Using stock projectors in a different housing?

Hi all,

I've got a 2014 F150 with stock HIDs. I was looking at the Spyder brand C-Clamp headlights with the LED DRL. I was wondering if it was possible or even feasible to use the stock projectors in the Spyder housings. (I've heard mixed reviews about moisture getting into the housing, so I'd be re-sealing it anyway). Has anyone done this yet? On the left is the Spyder housing and on the right is the OEM HID housing. Thanks in advance.

Anything is possible with the right amount of money or skills and tools. With that said, there are no brackets, so you'd have to fabricate your own brackets to be able to bolt them in, and that's if the projectors are the same size. Honestly going from OEM hid to those spyders will be a downgrade. TRS does make a kit to upgrade the spyder projectors, but til you go thru that, it will be marginally better than what you have now.
