So take it in and when I get it back the back up camera doesn't work 75% of the time. Screen goes blue. I took it back and they said it was just a random and had nothing to do with the recall but seems pretty odd to me. Never had a problem until I took it in for service. Even had a few times where the media/phone buttons on the steering wheel don't work. Again never had that problem until the recall. Is this related you think at all or really just random. And if not random - any thoughts on next steps for me vs. paying $575 to fix?

Thanks in advance.

Not related at all. They don't reprogram the APIM

Question about warranty, if I bought a used 2017 F-150 3.5EB from a Ford Dealership about 6 months ago and I suspect this truck has been "Chipped". The reason I suspect this is that I have a buddy with a truck very close to my (I have a 501A and he has a 502a package). When he loads his 93 octane program in to his truck well, I don't have issues keeping up him. If he loads the stock program, I blow his door off. (I knew it took me a little to confirm, but I have seen my buddy in about 6 months) Should I worry about it? I have a ESP 7/125 Premium and I don't want to waste my 3K for something I did not do.

My 2019 STX 2.7 L has factory tires that are P275/55SR20 all the way around, haven't checked spare yet.....so the question is, later down the road when new tires are required, I would like to get P265/70SR17....seems I would lose 3 inches, which is good for my wife to climb in easier......would the truck need new programing?

I haven't entered the numbers into a calculator but I doubt you will lose any body height.

So, is it possible to lose 2 or 3 inches in truck height through smaller diameter (height) tires, if so, which tires?

Two questions.

1. Is it possible to purchase and activate new never used SYNC Connect TCUs for use doing this mod: https://www.f150forum.com/f118/sync-...y-ford-452708/

2. Can I transfer a ford remote access kit from my 2016 F-150 to a 2013 Ford Escape fairly easily? (I can’t find any info on whether remote access was offered for the escape)

Thanks!
