I would say look around for a better deal. It is a pretty good deal but I've seen a truck similar to that one go for around $7500 here in Florida. I say look around a little more.

A little high, for that price it would pretty much have to be fully loaded and in pristine condition. If you could get it for $1k -$1500 less then you'd be in the ballpark for what a truck like that should be going for.

this is upstate ny. I've searched ebay completed auctions, cars.com, etc, and haven't seen a truck even close to what you guys think it's worth. If I could pick up an 01 4x4 exteneded with a 5.4, offroad, keyless, tow package, etc for 8k I'd grab it. Where are they all?

That's a good lookin' truck and it looks like it's in good condition but if I were you I would try to talk him down and if he wont't come down then I'd walk.
