Default Two Questions on new truck purchase

I have been a member for almost 2 years now and have done tons of research and appreciate this forum so much.

Anyway I am hopefully pulling the trigger on a 2013 XLT 5.0 with EQUIPMENT GROUP 302A 3.31 ELECTRONIC LOCK RR AXLE and remote start and backup camera. Mileage is 30k, and has power train warranty until 5 years or 60k mileage. 27k is price and they are negotiating by offering me more than my current vehicle is worth. OTD with my trade in would be 25,500.

My car is worthless in my mind, so I think this is a good deal. what do you think?

Second question is a friend told me that if your phone is connected via blue tooth that if you get in an accident it tells your phone to call 911 for you and is a free option as opposed to onstar which you have to pay for. Haven't seen anything in the forums on this. Is this true?

Seems like a decent deal to me. The 911 is set on mine, the salesman did it for me. The only thing that worried me a bit is if i had 1 or 2 beers and set it off. I mean I understand the whole dui thing, but literally mean like 1 or 2 drinks. Don't know how much it takes to make it call 911. I'm not sure if it's still free after the 3, 36,000 warranty though.

No crazy it is not 4x4 and that link posted earlier says this...

911 Assist is a feature of SYNC, and it’s available for the life of your vehicle, even if you transfer the vehicle to another owner. There are no subscriptions required to use the feature; however you do need to choose to set the feature to ON prior to an accident in order for 911 Assist to be available during the event. SYNC will display either an icon or text reminder of its current 911 Assist ON/OFF setting each time your vehicle connects to your phone. - See more at: http://support.ford.com/sync-technol....tShBEcXK.dpuf

I have my 911 off as I hear they can use it to track your whereabouts. I am concerned about that.
I think the price may be high. I am sure they will do better. I got my 14 Scab with a lot of incentives and the Farm Bureau $500 off too. Paid 21K plus 2 old trucks for it. They were worth about $6K total. My truck was on the showroom floor. Has the chrome package, etc...6 cyl 3.7. Very happy with it....plus it has a lot of room in the back...as you can seat 3 adults back there. ....make 'em do a lot better...
