Tune Up Help
Hey everyone, never really been a big poster on here. I can usually find what I need on here without looking dumb 
. But I have definitely learned a lot from you guys! 
But I am pretty mechanically inclined and am in dire need of tune up on my baby 2007 FX4. I am going to replace plugs, though I am not entirely certain if I will do the impact method or hand tools but will have the extractor tool on hand. I will also be doing all new coils, and fuel filter which seems to be pretty simple. Is there any other suggestions of things I should do while I am at it? The truck has 150k on it, and has really been lacking in power, which I attribute to the plugs. I am the second owner and not sure if they were ever changed.I don't want to miss anything so any help you guys could provide would be greatly appreciated!!!

Don't overlook the cat converters. They can cause loss of power... and some other codes that are not related.

Use Motorcraft parts and save yourself future headaches.
