Default What kind of tires to get?

I have a 99' F150 XL 4.6L 2wd....

everything is stock and it just doesnt look right to me. I debadged it and all... starting to look a little better.

Im saving up and Im gonna be buying a 3 inch body lift, and a 3 inch suspension lift.

Right now i have stock tires which is 235/75/r16.

I want 35 inch tires but dont want to have to spend 1600$ for rims too.

Would I be able to run 35's with stock rims or what?

If not/so what EXACT tire measurements would you say'd fit it?

Here is a link to a page that has some handy information. It shows you what sizes are available for each rim size. That should get you started. Most tire manufacturers will have further information regarding what diameter and width rim their tires are intended for.
