Rule changes. 200 on document and processing fees. Can no longer generate a PIN for anyone not living with you. And a few other little tweaks.

We drive to Hollingsworth Richards in Baton Rouge. They gave us the best treatment when we bought my wife's Edge 2yrs ago, so we went back... and they had the exact truck i wanted on their lot.

i just bought my truck on X plan 3 weeks ago, and pulled the following off the Ford Partner website just now... i think your dealer misinformed you.

Referral Fees

X-Plan

  • Partner Recognition X-Plan sponsors may NOT accept referral fees.

Document Fees
  • Dealers will be permitted to assess up to $100 in documentary fees on each delivery to an eligible purchaser under the terms of the Plan, unless otherwise provided by state or local laws or regulation. Each dealer is responsible for complying with applicable laws or regulations.
  • Unless otherwise provided by state or local laws or regulation: In states where dealers are not permitted to charge as much as $100 for doc fees, dealers would be capped at the lesser amount as provided by the state. In states that permitted more than $100, dealers would be permitted to charge the Plan customer $100. In states that permitted more than $100 and also required that all customers be charged the same amount, dealers may charge the Plan customer $100 and indicate any additional fees have been paid by Ford Motor Company as part of the AXZD-Plan Program dealer reimbursement on the buyer's order.
  • Doc Fee Charges should be detailed on the AXZD Plan Pricing Agreement located in number 4.

You guys can nickel and dime him all you want but at the end of the day his deal is done and it seems he is MORE than happy with HIS deal, so why bust his ***** on pricing? I've sold hundreds of cars/trucks and have made as much as $14,000 OVER the price on a vehicle and I have sold vehicles way under employee pricing. At the end of the day the guy I sold the vehicle for 14k over "sticker" was happier than the majority of the people I "cheap" sold... It all boils down to what you are happy with and the OP is perfectly happy with what he got/paid! Congrats beautiful truck! And GREAT price... Off soap box.

EXACTLY Gigemrick!

Back home from offshore, FX4 stickers are gone and windows are tinted. Ordered some emblems that go with the FX Appearance package (the black ones) that will have the red lettering replaced with the same gray as the wheels and a new backup camera housing that will be painted body color. Starting to look for cat back exhaust systems.
