Unless you purchased second hand I would call who sold them to you and find out why the will not work. Hope it works out for you.

I'm working on that. Is there a process for doing this that I'm missing?

The story I got is that they are asleep and I need to air down tires and re-inflate to wake them up to teach them.

Put jackstands under the truck, deflated all four tires, re-inflated to 40 psi and used the teaching tool to train them. Worked fine.

Yes, they are working. The dealership acted like this was the first time someone had brought in a vehicle with aftermarket wheels.

glad you got them working. as to the factory sensors in the aftermarket wheels, they will work. the only issue you would come across is the location for the stem in the wheel. if they are on the flat part between the spokes there will be issues when mounting the tire on the rim breaking the sensor.
