I am in need of new tires to replace my coopers

Currently have 285/70/17 Cooper discoverer ST Maxx. I like everything about them minus three things.
1. They are really loud at the end of their life.(I feel like this is inevitable with any tore towards the end of its life)
2. At high speed cornering there is A LOT of sidewalk flex. Google it and you'll see many more complaints. And yes I have the E load 10 ply.
3. They are very narrow compared to other tires of the same size.

I am looking at a 295/70/17 Toyo RT. They are relatively new so I am looking for long term reviews if possible
I was a forum Guinea pig for the ST Maxx when I purchased them almost 4 years ago.
I now have almost 58,000 miles and only rotated once.

I've put almost 15,000 miles on mine in the past 10 months. The first 7-8 thousand miles they were whisper quiet, now they have a bit of a hum/vibration on the highway...I thought it was a bearing or something else but when the were rotated the noise moved too haha..I could try rebalancing them because the hum is not constant but rather like a "roooomrooomrooom" though to explain through text haha

Loudest at 50 mph...a bit of a sweet spot at around 60-65 where its quietest. I don't really feel /hear it until about 35-40

How is traction in the rain and snow? I've heard bad things about in the rain. Also how is the tread holding up?

could you post some pictures of wear pattern/tread left on the tires? Also traction in rain and snow?
