I just bought a 2011 Ford F150 FX4 SCrew with a 5.5ft bed and it has a hard trifold tonneau cover on it. One of the black side release clips is broken, the ones that are on the nylon straps that let you secure it when you want to have partial access to your bed. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement clip? I have tried emailing BakFlip and haven't received any reply and replacement clips ive found at Canadian Tire don't match.

 

I sincerely wish you the best of luck in getting anything out of Bak for any of their products or parts. I had a BakFlip VP and had some issues with it. I made at least 10 phone calls and emails to them and I was either transferred "to the person who could help me better" and they didn't pick up or had to leave messages. Not one call or email was ever returned. I sold the cover a few weeks later after fixing it myself as best I could.

You will see that quite a few people have trouble with their service or lack thereof, so you might try Ebay or somewhere like that to look for these clips. Or worse case, maybe a specialty hardware store of sorts and see what they might suggest. You probably are gonna have to get creative with it if you can't get any response from BakFlip.
