Reliabilty, maybe. Who knows the new tundra's are just that, new, while the f150s havent had too many issues from what i hear. We'll have to wait and see. Looks, well that varies from person to person. But to say that the 5.4 is any where close to being as fast as the 5.7 is a joke. i mean seriously. And i can easily get 17 mpg if i dont drive with a lead foot, but even when i do, the worst fuel economy ive ever seen was 14 mpg. Not to say that the f150 isnt a great truck. I work construction in los angeles and id say about 60-65% of all work trucks are f series, so that says alot.

2 things man.

1. Why does a tundra owner come on here and talk about tundras? Is that to stir ****? EDIT*** I realize that doesnt sound nice since Im open to all new people, but the question still stands.

2. Your saying a 5.4 is slower the 5.7 because WHY? Because its a 5.7 and not a 5.4... Please tell me thats not your logic.

im a truck guy, and i love trucks, i didnt come here to make trouble just come on from time to time to see whats going on with other brands. i was just stating a fact that the 5.7 is a lot faster than the 5.4, not because its .3 liters bigger, its just a fact. Considering that all tundras in any configuration are running low 14's to high 14's stock, i havent heard of any stock f150s in any configuration anywhere close to break into 14's. now does that make it a better truck? no by no means what so ever. just stating a fact. but please dont take this as me starting trouble, as i respect you guys and your trucks, and think theyre pretty nice looking, esp. in harely davidson trim.

its all good. I cant speak for the others but it is just a "thing" if you went to a nissan forum and mentioned ford youd get same reaction... nothing personal... just good fun.
