I wouldn't bother to post anything on the internet, because in a civil case you might lose bargaining position. Or you might not. Either way it's not worth it to impress a couple of internet dweebs who doubt your story. You've gotten some good advice, so I'd listen to that and ignore the noise.

No it does not print pictures, you obviously did not read the thread, the pictures are on a sd chip that you put In the cam and I have the pictures on the computer. I do not want to take a picture of the picture on my computer, I get on this forum usually with my cellphone. That is why I said I would need to get on my computer to post it. Smdh

See this is exactly what I was thinking, but I've also seen plenty of threads where people were bashed about "lying" about things and I don't want to be that guy. I was trying to rant on here because I thought the last thing I needed to do was rant on facebook to a bunch of people who live in the same town.

Not doubting your story here, just questioning the laws in your state and the officer not offering any assistance. Like I said before, take them to court.
