That is the Max Tow with 3.73s and the higher 7700 GVWR and the longer 157" wheel base. I much better tow vehicle.

As far the price? Interior options the same?

Ecoboost - $1200?
6.5 ft bed - $500?
Max Tow- $500?

What's the one year newer worth? Check KBB and NADA values on both trucks and take them with you to negotiate. I wouldn't $5,500 for that trade but I'm not sure what the number is. Research will tell you. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

IT's a max tow. Has rear back up sensors, camera, tailgate step and long bed. The rest is pretty much the same other than the 2013 nicer radio.

You need to know that for 2013 max tow does NOT come with 3.73 gears. Prior years, yes they did but not 2013 or 14.

I agree with the other guys here. $5k is a lot for what is essentially the same truck. You could probably spend the same amount and get a slightly older f250 with a diesel.
