Default Are these after market options?

I just bought a 2021 F150 Limited with 35k miles, a one owner truck that I would describe as a cream puff….very clean. The dealer I bought it from was not a Ford dealership and they seemed clueless about trucks. It wasn’t until I got home that I noticed the suspension and the rear LED light bar. Are these after market installed by the previous owner?

Thanks in advance for any input.

Everything you posted is aftermarket, except for the first pic. Nice truck!

I'll bet it drives like a cream puff with those up-graded Fox shocks.

Does the truck sit low on the driver's rear or just bad photography illusion?

It’s just the angle of the pic and the driveway.

You got yourself a nice upgrade and it didn't technically cost you anything.

Congratulations on the truck snd your secret upgrades
