I had an issue with a certain USB stick in the Sync 3 system. The USB stick had no issue in several computers, and other vehicles. I had the stick in a 2007 Ford MKX, 2010 Ford Taurus, 2011 Dodge Journey, and a 2014 Ford F150.

Once I plugged it into my new 2016 Ford Escape SE with Sync 3, I have an issue with it not working. I made a video on what steps I went through to get my music playing. Hope it helps.
