I just made a warranty claim on a set of Sylvania Silverstar bulbs that I had. It was very easy. I just went on line to their site and filled out a warranty claim. I did that Sunday night and the bulbs arrived by FedEx today, Wednesday. One bulb of the set burned out and they sent me another set. I did still have the original receipt but they never asked for it. I do not know if I did not have it if it would have made a difference. I had read a similar post about a warranty claim and that person had to send the bulb back but that was a post that was a few years old so maybe their procedure is different now.

I mean it's a $5 headlight bulb. It's not like it really costs them much to honor that warranty on such a cheap product.

Or buy quality bulbs such as Philips Crystal Vision Ultras and not have to mess with a warranty.

I put Sylvania silverstar bulbs in my girlfriends toyota rav for her and she likes them.

Come to a store here in canada and find me them for 5 dollars....even just 10 dollars.
I got them at Canadian tire store in kamloops and would have loved to pay just 5 or 10 dollars.
Why so mean about a fellow posting of his positive experience?
