Default suspension

i have a 2002 F-150 with a 4.2. pretty much box stock except exhaust. i want to put 2 maybe 3 inches of lift on it. cant find any parts for the '02 4.2 which is sorta normal for performance parts from what ive found. i would assume that as long as the frame is the same springs and shocks for the 4.6 of the same year would be the same...any thoughts or advice. ill settle for just stock springs with add a leafs and bigger coils or a leveling kit or something. not trying to make a pro comp truck here...

thanks!

just crank up the torsion bars then or just a full suspension lift or a body lift

i wondered about that. if i cranked the torsion bars all the way up, would i have to put blocks under the coils or get longer shocks...i know it will only give me an inch or two i just didnt know if the stock parts would compensate or need to be replaced. either way its no big deal to me
