Super Crew, Super Cab, or Standard Cab?

I prefer the Supercab or Supercrews... Standard cab just not enough room for me IMO. Extended cab is good for going north and keeping luggage in the truck and not flying around the bed. Supercrew is good for families and what not... But I'd prefer the 6.5 bed so it's actually useful.

Screwed hard. Both of my F150's screwed, and I honestly could not have anything else. Though I do not haul a lot of people around, even now the seats are in the "up" position, its always good to have the 4 doors People have sat back there marvel at how much room there is,

Cool we resurrected a 5+ year old thread! With the 2015+ models, the scabs and screws are bigger in the cab, you really can’t go wrong with either unless you have a big and tall family, you’ll deffinately want the screw.

If you started the poll over I'd be willing to bet the ratio would be much different now with SuperCrews garnering a much higher percentage.
SuperCab for me. 6' bed. By far the best looking of the trucks.
When I ordered it my friend/salesman called and said he corrected the order and changed in to a SC. He couldn't believe I wanted the Scab. My Dog and my Golf clubs are the only things that have been in the back seat and I prefer the 6' bed.
IMO it's all about what you want and or need, not what someone else thinks you should have.

Which one?
Not to impune anyone's preference, but when I now sit in a regular cab I feel somewhat squeezed. Last regular was an '82 F-150. Before that was '69 F-110. Kept each for about 12 years. Next was an '02 F-150 super cab. Not as much backseat room as now. Now two super crews in the stable. 150 and 250. Like the extra room. BTW the 150 has lots more backseat floor space and overall room. I agree with one of the earlier posters. Super Cab, 6.5' box, great combo. Wish I had done it this time.
When we disagree, remember, we don't all drive black Fords. That what Henry Ford offered originally!

Kids are all grown....just me and the wife
If I needed the room I'd go with a ext or crew cab
But I don't as we have a second vehicle that serves that purpose if needed .(extra passengers)
A regular cab 6.5 foot bed looks more balanced....and is a rarefied sight these days unless it is a fleet or work truck..so I kinda enjoy the exclusivity of ownership ....

SCrew for me because I'd rather have my expensive tools in the cab than the mildly leaky bed. Leave the bed for the ladder or hauling lumber.
Most of my tools fit under the seats and then my two main tool bags on the floor in front of the seat. Leaving the seat for boxes with parts.
