Super cab vs super crew cab

SuperCrew was the only thing I would consider. I exclusively searched for SCrew 6.5' bed trucks, and was almost tripping over them. You can't expect every dealer to have them on their lot, so you probably won't find one if you are only looking at what your local dealer has available. If you expand out and do dealer trades, they are easy to find now-a-days.
For me, I remember growing up with my parents having an extended cab (chevy) truck, and by the time my sister and I were in middle school, we couldn't drive longer than quick trips around town in the truck as a family because we didn't fit in the back seat any more. I've got two kids that are still in car seats. There is no way a super cab would work for my family. The super crew was the only option for me, but it should fit my kids all the way until they are adults assuming the truck lasts that long.

Guess its up to the person buying the truck and what they like.
Me and the OL personally do not like a crew cab.
We really like the super cab. And the longer bed.
It turn's easier and is easier to park.
And we can haul 4 people just fine.
We can haul things in it better too.
