Best of luck. These things can be either very simple but not obvious or something more serious. Hopefully, you can find it soon!

Stutter/Studder FIXED

First, THANK YOU to all who replied/helped.
As noted, we changed the plugs/coils/boots & the stutter remained. Acckk.
I gave-in & took it to Ford for diagnostic. They discovered one of the NEW plugs we installed was cracked. Replaced it & all is well. This is the ONLY time I've ever taken a vehicle to the dealer & got out for $200.

Oddity is that the stutter was the same before we changed the plugs & after, so I'm assuming one of the original plugs/coils was bad.

I'd have never taken the NEW plugs back out to re-re-check, so I'm grateful Ford had the software to diagnose the missing cylinder.

I appreciate all your guidance

Wow! A new plug had cracked... wow. It's good that Ford was able to find and fix that one for you .. and also good that this wasn't a fuel or fuel delivery issue. Nice work getting that done!
