Default Speaker freaks unite!

i am finishing up a installation of my very first system in my '07. let me say, its not the same as any other vehicle I've ever done, we face a lot of obstacles to get ANYTHING to fit under the rear seat of these things... i mean really.. unfortunately i wasnt blessed enough to have a factory subwoofer in mine, so i had to improvise. i was able to get 2 10's crammed in a custom box under my rear seat, amp mounted under the passenger seat, capicater under the driver's seat, and my sound processor on the front of the box...

so i just wanted to say i tip my hat to anyone who has an aftermarket system in their f150, and if you are proud, show it off!! we'd like to see it!

(i pulled the box out so i can cover the box in black leather to match my seats, i will post after i get it all crammed back in later this week..)

You really don't have a lot of room to work with, if your viewing it from just 1 angle.

I'm coming out of a Yukon XL with 2 12" QPowers and 2400w amp, to my new to me F150 with the factory sub not working. My first instinct was to sell 12's for 10's and get that custom box. I've heard the factory sub is pretty good though. Dealer is gonna replace next week but I may still at least upgrade that speaker. I love my sounds.

Even had to put 4-3.5" with 1000w mini amp on my bike.

That's awesome, did you make that yourself?

Two tens. Amp is half under the driver seat and the rear driver side floor mat. Have to make a box for it still. I have a fan I got to keep it cool in the Vegas summer. The amp has a lot of power.

In my 2014 Fx4, I have two JL Audio 12 inch W3's running on a 600 RMS kicker amp with custom seat brackets raising rear seat 2.5 inches and the floor was insulated to prevent rattles because the subs are down firing
In the front doors I managed to fit two marine kicker 6.5 inch speakers (taken from off my boat, very tight fit from window)
Rear doors insulated were insulated to prevent rattles and installed with two Kenwood coaxial speakers.
The door speakers are not amped, but they are keeping up with the sub; I will amp them eventually. The head unit is stock and is extremely annoying with the whole voice command thing to get to USB.

I have been experiencing a ton of rattling from my center console and the plastic dash, if anybody has any solutions to this please share.

Neither, I picked up some peal and seal from Home Depot which is about the same thickness as Dynamat at a fraction of the price.

I can't wait to get my subs in. I have to pay them off first though...
I'm getting two JL 10tw3's under the rear seat with a JL 600w amp. should sound pretty good. Planning on replacing the door speakers with JL coaxials as well.
