Default Is this a solid deal?

Hey guys new member, first post. So I'm about to jump back into the Ford family and wanted a take on the deal I'm prepared to take.... 2016 screw xlt sport 4x4 5.0 302a... msrp a hair under 50, right now at 40 even out the door plus spray in bed liner. I'm giving them an 05 ram 1500 5.7 with 200k miles, rust over the fenders and an assortment of engine issues. What do y'all think?

Default I just had similar situation.

Traded in a 2000 Silverado with 284,000 miles and a ton of rust. Got a grand for it. Probably could've done better but I didn't want to sell it locally due to major impending issues and it's a military town and didnt want to have it die on them. Got a 2016 XLT Sport with 3.5 and 6.5 foot bed. MSRP 51,200 got it for 38,700. Love the truck hate the dealer. If you're in the PNW let me know and I can fill you in on the nightmare they've been.
