FoMoCoOne

i have 98 5.4 and once in awhile when I am coming to a stop the truck starts to shutter and wants to die ,I can prevent from dieing by either putting it in N and rev it up or if possible just get back in the gas and keep going till the next time i need to stop ,and once i shut it off or it dies it doesn't do it again until the next day , any ideas ,check engine light doesnt come on but the ABS light does
