Lord don't get Brantley mixed up with Florida Georgia Line or Luke Bryan Country POP. This is more Country ROCK....HUGE DIFFERENCE. If you're a die hard Hank Sr or Haggard however nothing will please you in today's music.

Amazon Amazon

I bought this one on Amazon about a month and a half ago and no issues yet. It was my first mod! To me it looks like the OEM antenna just shorter! No wind noise or noticeable drop in audio quality or range. Worth every penny in my opinion.

Orlando,I bought the same antenna last week from MastsRus. 15" wire-wrapped, after trying an Auto Zone 8" special that wind-whistled like a sailor on shore leave.

Yesterday for the heck of it I tried FM with no antenna (I plugged the hole with a plastic cap and have been running it that way for a while), I actually was getting most of the same stations as I was with a stubby. Some of you should give it a try, truck looks nice with nothing there and you can run it through a carwash. Plastic cap is part of an auto-body clip set but can be had at Lowe's or an auto part store for under $1.

Do you mind showing us some pics? I donít really use the radio Iím usually connected to BT. Just got the shorter one so it would stop bending as I entered/exited my garage!

I'll take a pic tomorrow. The plug is about the same size as the brass piece the antenna screws in, fits in snugly but is easy to come out. I might still have the part bag in came in too, I think there were two in the bag so maybe you can find a friend and go halfsies haha.

I actually misremembered, I didn't like the ones in my kit and bought the Lowe's plugs because they had rounded edges on top.

Here are the pics:
From my kit, squared edges but the same size as the one you can get from Lowe's:

Not sure if this helps any in looking the part up:

What it (the same part but from Lowe's) looks like installed, basically looks like a retractable antenna:

That looks clean! A little odd but clean. I hardly listen to FM and I’m in a spot where I get good reception without the antenna as well. Thanks for the pictures!

Just this weekend a friend asked if it was a retractable antenna, he only knew it wasn't stock because I had to move the old antenna for the girls to sit in the back seat. It looks better in person, I thought the 5"-ish stubby antennas looked more out of place TBH.
